The whole slitting line machine is composed of 30ton double mandrel decoiler, coil-head guide, press&shoveling device, double roller pinch feeder, five-roller leveler, coil end cutter, transmission table, strip side guide, main slitting device, scrap winder, hole accumulator, pre-separator/tensioner/ length measuring roller, recoiler, hydraulic system, control box, etc.
Equipped with advanced 4-axis machining centers which can produce the work piece maximum size of 6 meters long x 3 meters wide, we make one time machining for the key important parts of all the shafts for decoiler, slitting, and recoiler, which ensure high precision of the final machine.
