This improved type slitting line machine has the advantage of high-precision and high speed of 180m/min maximum. This line is suitable for slitting the material of plain carbon steel(cold rolled, hot rolled), GI, PPGI, etc. with max yield strength of 350Mpa and max tensile strength 600Mpa. Total power of the whole slitting line is 280Kw, and it occupy the area of 28000mm length x 8000mm width.
The whole slitting line is composed of Coil preparing saddle, coil-loading car , decoiler, coil-head straightening and shoveling device, double pinch rollers & 5 rollers leveler with coil head shear, first pit accumulator, side guide before slitter, main slitter machine, edge scrap winder, second pit accumulator, pre-separator&tensioner, recoiler, electrical control system, and hydraulic system, etc.
