Today we are loading 2 sets of 0.4-4×1600 Slitting Line Machines to our Russian customer. With slitting speed maximum 120m/min, the whole line is composed of 20 ton decoiler, 2+5 leveler, coil side guide, main slitter, edge scrape winder, pre-separator & Tensioner, 20ton recoiler, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. Machine slitting capacity as below: for thickness 4.0mm, max 12 strips, for thickness 2-3mm, maxim 15 strips, for thickness 1.5-2.0mm, maximum 18 strips, for thickness 1.0-1.5mm, max 20 strips.
