16mm stainless steel cut-to-length machine is essentially a heavy-duty version of the 14mm line we discussed. It’s an automated system designed to uncoil, flatten, and precisely cut 16mm-thick stainless steel coils into flat sheets of predetermined lengths. Processing 16mm material is firmly in the “heavy gauge” category, so the entire machine is built with extra robustness to handle the immense forces involved.
Recently we have one line of 16mm stainless steel cut to length line is successfully installed and tested running in our Chinese customer’s factory in Chengdu. This cut to length line is specialized designed for material steel SUS304/316/201/2205, etc, thickness 4-16mm, coil width 1000-2000mm, coil weight of 35 tons. This line is composed of 35ton double mandrel decoiler, coil head shovel, preleveler, loop pit, edge trimmer& scrap winder, side guide, 9 rollers leveler, encoder, hydraulic shear, output convey table, automatic stack, hydraulic &pneumatic system and electric control system, etc. With line speed 25m/min, it can cut 2 pcs/min x6m, and 1.5pcs/minx12m.
