0.3-3mm Stainless Steel Flying Shear Cut to Length Machine
Introduction
Fly cutting to length panel is highly required for thin sheet metal cutting for the reasons:
1)Thin coil sheet length is long, i.g. a 0.3mm thick coil length is 10times length of 3mm coil, the faster line speed means higher weight production of cut sheets.

2)Thin sheet can be easily cut in one fast stroke, thus fly cutting is available: the sheet runs at stable speed, fly shear fast cut off a sheet while synchronously tracking the running sheet, the track cutting process takes about 0.5s, max cutting frequency can be up to 150times/min. The productivity can be linear 80m/min
3)The fly cutting is specially suitable for short sheets making, although the extremely short sheets take more time to precisely track and cut, its cutting frequency still can be around 100pcs/min.
