0.3-3x1650mm Rotary Shear Cut to Length Line Machine is specially designed to cut to length of stainless steel coil with thickness 0.3-3mm, and width maximum 1650mm.
Machine Advantage of Flying Shear Cut to Length Machine
1)The flying shear/ rotary shear is specially suitable for short length sheets cutting, although the extremely short sheets take more time to precisely track and cut, its cutting frequency still can be around 100pcs/min.
2)Thin sheet can be easily cut in one fast stroke, thus fly shear is available: the sheet runs at stable speed, fly shear fast cut off a sheet while synchronously tracking the running sheet, the track cutting process takes about 0.5s, max cutting frequency can be up to 150times/min. The maximum cutting speed can be 80m/min
