Heavy Gauge SUS200 Stainless Steel Plate Cut To Length Machine With Edge Trimming
Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel sheet cut to length line must be double stronger that of same gauge plain carbon steel sheet, meanwhile rollers are PU coated for protecting stainless steel sheet surface, it is high precision heavy duty cut to length, making cost is much more than normal cut to length line budget.
The leveling speed up to 30m/min, cutting frequency 6-8pcs x 3m per minute.

Characters:
1.Uncoiler / Decoiler
the uncoiler has double mandrels and strong sliding bases.
Each mandrel has three steps, the opening and closing of two mandrels by hydraulic cylinders.
Back tension mechanism installed on top of uncoiler base, to ensure uncoiling stability.
2. Portal frame coil head opener
Portal frame is very strong, with snubber press roller ,straightening roller on top of the frame.
the hydraulic snubber roll press on top of steel coil, and its pressing-down angle is adjustable
Straightening roller can slide forward backward to track strip head and straighten it.
Shoveling plate installed on preleveler support the coil head while straighten roller press coil head.
3. first 2+5 pre leveler
Double pinch rollers receives coil head and pinch feed the coil head forward.
the prelever rollers are big and strong, reliefing internal stress of steel coil, roller is tempered and hardened very wearable
The preleveler is driven by DC motor and driver, synchronized with main leveler.
4. Heavy duty leveler
number of heavy duty leveler will be 13pcs, 11pcs or 9pcs, diameter of rollers will be 180mm -230mm -300mm,
The gap and angle of upper rollers and lower rollers can be adjusted.
The leveler is four high, two layers work rollers and two layers backup rollers, the backup rollers adjusting can be manual or by pressure sensor and servo motors.
5. Hydraulic shear
Hydraulic rocking shear is stop cutting under encoder measuring.
6. Automatic stacker
Bomb hatch stacking, receive each sheet on roller arm, open the two arms to release the sheet fall down on lifting table.
Roll table deliver the piled sheets outward to pack.
7. Automatic control, the whole process is under PLC control in auto mode.
8. Length cutting and sheet flatness are precise
