This Steel Coil Cut to Length Line Machine is designed to cut to length for carbon steel thickness 1-12mm, coil width maximum 2000mm. Due to the big range of material thickness, to ensure good leveling quality, we have designed two levelers for customer, one leveler for thickness 1-3mm, another leveler for thickness 4-12mm.
This (1-12)x2000mm steel coil cut to length machine is composed of 30 Tons double mandrel decoiler, 5 rollers leveler, pit loop, two levelers, encoder table, shearing machine, transport table, outer stack, hydraulic system, electrical control system, etc.

- All welded structural parts of this steel coil cut to length machine are tempered in a large tempering furnace after welding to completely eliminate welding stress and will not affect the stability of equipment accuracy due to the release of residual internal stress and deformation.
