The slitting machine blade is the core slitting tool in the metal sheet processing industry, which achieves precise cutting of materials through the longitudinal engagement of the upper and lower cutters. It is made of high-quality tool steels and high-alloy die steels such as T10, H13K, HM-3, 6Crw2Si, Cr12WmoV, LD, H13, and W18Cr4V [1-2]. It has the characteristics of wear resistance of the cutting edge and high cutting flatness, and can adapt to the processing needs of 0.1mm ultra-thin plates to 10mm thick steel plates.
The slitting blade consists of three parts: blade, separator and spacer. The tool diameter covers specifications from 100mm to 500mm. Large diameter tools are mostly used for heavy plate processing, and small diameter tools are suitable for precision cutting.
